It's clear that these people are blind to the fact that it's not a day of celebration.
It's a day of REMEMBERANCE.
Decades ago, it was unthinkable that businesses would open on Christmas Day, Good Friday and Easter Sunday. Anzac Day allowed pubs and RSLs to open after the marches, but that was it. Then footy matches were promoted as battles between top ranking clubs on Anzac Day and the trickle become a flood with little respect for any of those days.
Qanas is just one of the myriad of businesses promoting their wares without any concern for decency on special days like Anzac Day, but being in the crowd doesn't excuse them one bit.
