I totally agree with everything mentioned till now, plus some expats got denied to take regular Vl even after one year... excuses are same as mentioned " shortage of pilots" when people fly barely 50/60 hours a month. looks like nobody care about the status of the pilot and the company run borderline in violating basic principles of code of labour or common sense..
If you re expat with family don t ever think to transfer your family here they will get crazy after few months...
Again the company acts against the pilots everyday, disrespecting them and blame them for everything that could happen in a work day.
The pilots are getting tired of all the lies coming from management and flt ops, and i guess more resignation will come in the next year specially on the ATR fleet, the guys there are considered like stupid inexperienced monkeys, and subjected to the mood of their chief "King" S.A. which is not open to any suggestion coming from the pilots and totally disregarding any kind of their needs...
