It may take a bit of searching for, but I remember someone setting up a website where pilots could put their logbooks online - it was linked to from somewhere on Pprune a couple of years ago - it might be a slim chance but if you can remember your QFIs' names it might give you some info.
On the wider topic, I still have my UAS logbook. It may just have been at East Midlands UAS, but on leaving we were told to copy the flights to a civvie logbook and have them countersigned by the QFIs, and when I later went for a PPL the CAA were quite happy to credit this time in full.
