I generally found that the "10 hours 200 series time" was just a filter. You would usually do that much ICUS to start off with anyway.
If you know the CP or are "Johnny on the spot", the 10 hours 200 series time wasn't even mentioned as a must have.
Be careful some operators use that to "turn away" the dozens of people a week who knock on the door looking for that first job. Some get it and come back only to be told "oh you don't have any wet season experience". Sorry and again no job and your a few thousand dollars lighter. I wouldn't get it unless someone has given you at least more than 50/50 chance of a job if you go and do it.
