Inditrees - my comment was a riposte to BB's jibe at dispersed SAR flts not being very busy - my intent was to highlight that quantity is not a reliable indicator of quality as the NS safety record (discussed at length on other threads) has not been good of late.
If the cadets comment was to do with the Wessex crash into the lake in N Wales many years ago, two good firends were on that flight and I visited them in hospital the next day along with the surviving cadets - I don't need telling of the anguish of the parents of those who were lost.
