Aircraft was club owned, non-commercial and experimental.

-wing might have broken but stayed attached to frame
-just reaching exit altitude, pilot experienced longitudinal control problems and a/c went into dive
-emergency exit was decided
- All survivors exited through pilots door
-last survivors spare parachute deployed immediately after exit
-main jump door was never opened
