Question Reverse Thrust on A320

Please do A320 Pilots could answers this (for my flight simulation project) :

1/ What would happen if you override idle stop in-flight, to select reverse thrust (i agree this is not a good idea ) ?
My doc only says that gear's LGCIU signal is needed to operate reversers.

2/ For IAE V25- (or CFM) equipped aircraft, what EPR (N1) values did you get with MAX Reverse thrust ?

3/ Again, for IAE V25- (or CFM) equipped aircraft, what EPR (N1) values did you get during a normal descent with idle thrust ?

Any help would be great !
