I am more or less looking for an inside answer, you know, is an experienced fo gonna sit in the right seat for years or is he likely to be picked for captain after a short time?
Ex. in Ryanair they tell experienced applicants that they will become captain on their second prof. check, but I think they are more or less as good as selling themselves to pilots as they are selling tickets to costumers... off course compaired to highfare operators the road to captain is short, but is it as short as they say it is?
any comments from real life....?
