Basically it looks like another Pathetic attempt to Handcuff New Pilot's by attempting Scare tactic's. Probably due to a very Hi attrition rate, Usually these agreement's are a good clue to the Company as a whole.
Again I hear it all the time, after 2 to 3 years later a threat letter comes through the Box from a Lawyer demanding payment or else. The rest is usually Hot Air.
