The funniest bit is the two suits at American Airlines with the power to recommend EDI as a destination who got the **** taken out of them for the way they said "Edinburgh".
Also the aspiration to make this the best airport in the world, I think the guy actually meant it. Those types scare me...
Best bit is the sales pitch about the great new self check ins....which slow and confuse everyone and a re too complex for the airport CEO himself. Triumph.
