The whole of the Highlands are designated as a 'low flying area' for military aircraft. How far are you from a major airport such as Glasgow or Edinburgh, or a smaller airport with a a flying college such as Perth? Rules for aerobatics are not over 'congested' areas (town/city/village/settlement) and not in controlled airspace; for practice forced landings, the rule is 'not less than 500ft from (ie not 'above') any person, vessel, vehicle or structure'.
