Trislander fleet replacement announcement was due to take place in the first chunk of this year, yet the death knell has not yet been formally sounded. After the trial last November the Dornier was
selected as the preferred replacement but we've had no announcement yet. So I'd guess it's going to be the announcement of the lease or firm order of either 2x or 3x Dornier 228s for delivery in Q4 2014/Q1 2015, alongside the simultaneous phased withdrawal of the four remaining Trislanders (with this perhaps running somewhat 2015 depending on operational limitations).
