Do you speak hebru? I'm quite sure it is a pre requisite to flying in Israel from A to B. Certain airports (such as LLSD) have hebru only comms stated on the Jepp plates. There is also the security issue of us foreign pilots operating in Israeli airspace, ASOC clearances etc.
When we have done so (M and N reg) we have an Israeli jump seating incase the comms are in their native tongue.
You cannot fly VFR in Israel as a foreigner.
