Wiggy committed to FPP is all well and good, there's a place for it. But as I said, it is a disgrace that it is at the absolute expense of direct entry.
Just to be clear I'm not disagreeing with you, in fact I agree with you entirely, but I'm not involved in recruiting.
As bex has hinted at certain statuses are seemingly very
very short of manpower and IMHO DEP recruitment would make perfect sense if BA
wanted to fix the problem....but I suspect
there are internal company politics and Industrial issues involved that are, shall we say, complicating matters.
