You're 24 .... you are barely out of the womb! Wih retirement ages heading north of 65, you will have plenty of time before retirement.
Me .... PPL aged 29 or 30. ATPL/IR and joined British Airways at 32 as FO B737-200, Captain B737-200 after 6 years, then FO B747-400 after 8 years, Captain A320 just after 9/11 before Captain B747-400 in 2006.
Many have joined much older than I did.
