Couldn't agree more Ben. Though i've just had a thought.
Maybe OAA have realised as there's an awful lot of revenue (for almost no loss) to be gained from applicants attending selection days, they want as many people to attend as possible. Rather than setting barriers such as essay questions which reduces the money they make from the whole process as less people attend due to being knocked out.
I still can't see how the fto's justify 230 odd pound a head for a presentation, laying a table with pens and paper for group work, a few computer tests, cold lunch (at ctc) and a half hour interview. Easy money isn't even the expression for it.
Don't even get me started on the £110 reapplication fee for the half hour interview i've to repeat, I mean I don't even get my cold lunch in that
