FUNDING REQUIRED
We believe in ensuring you have a clear picture of all aspects of the programme and, therefore, we try to make sure that you are not surprised by any hidden costs once you are in training. In order for you to accurately plan your finances and budget through training, the funding required is outlined below.

Selection Fee
Security Bond
MPL Payments
Selection fee: £210

As we deal with large numbers of applicants, the administration cost of selection amounts to many thousands of pounds per selected candidate. We do not think it’s fair to ask only the successful ones to have to pay for all those that apply, so we ask everyone to contribute. We therefore charge you £210 inclusive of VAT to cover the cost of some industry-standard assessment tests. It is vital that we do this selection properly - so that you can be given the best advice about your likely chances of success in your future career and to ensure that we have selected the right person into training. On occasions, when linked to special promotional events, we do offer the opportunity for reduced or free selection. (Please note: for candidates who are not successful at selection, but are invited to re-apply at a future date, the re-application fee is £110.00 including VAT).

The total funding requirement for the CTC WINGS easyJet MPL cadet course is £109,000. This components of this requirement are shown below.

Security Bond: £69,000

As previously explained, APL pay for the majority of your training and associated costs through the CTC WINGS easyJet MPL cadet course. This sponsorship represents a significant investment, hence, exposure to APL. Therefore, we require that you deposit a ‘security bond’ of £69,000 to secure your place on the course. This security bond is deposited in 13 instalments over the period of training and is held by APL until your employment with easyJet.

Schedule of instalments:

Total Bond : £69,000
13 instalments
1st instalment: due when you return your signed contract
2nd instalment one month before the course starts
3rd instalment: due at the beginning of month 5,before you fly travel to NZ or USAto commence flight training
Remaining instalments: at monthly intervals
Bond Repayments

Upon successful engagement on a permanent easyJet UK-based employment contract, you will benefit from the significant and unique process of APL transferring your security bond to easyJet. easyJet will, in turn, repay the £69,000 bond to you in monthly instalments over a period of seven years in addition to the salary commensurate with experience.

MPL Training Fees

You will be required to pay two MPL Training Fees. The first Fee totals £20,800 and is payable before you travel to NZ or USA to commence flight training. The second Fee is due prior to the Advanced Phase of the course and totals £19,200.
got this from easyJet Finance | CTC Wings so how does the bond work?
