All my applications have been with Oxford to date, based on the principle that I know more about their tests and selection processes than say CTC / FTE.
But its hard not to notice that CTC do a much better job of selling themselves on Social Media. Looking at that tweet, it was then followed up with one about wishing the FPP good luck with the result.
Their Facebook chats are also very interesting, as well as publishing their student blogs. The blogs give a real incite into to expect as a Cadet and I think that Oxford are missing something by not doing it.
