You are correct Brian....new people in control.
For years I have been telling crews that a "checklist" is exactly that, a checklist, not a "do" list. Now the company actually says in the OMA that R/D is a "Do List" ..... although they temper that later saying that if circumstances are such that it is impractical to ask for and read the "Do list" then you can go ahead and complete the item, but to be sure and complete the checklist later......blah blah blah. We would not need this caveat if they would just leave well enough alone
