DOUBLE BOGEY
I'm not sure it is easy to be prescriptive. In general terms, personally I would like every piece of equipment known to man to be on board any aircraft I fly. Including EGPWS which is specifically designed to counter CFIT.
AFAIK that's not fitted to any British military helicopters.
