It would help if we knew what it was out of - or if you're just looking for a P/N so you can sell it.
As the previous poster outlined, you have a small PCB with 2 female USB sockets, a female speaker socket, a female mic socket and several other components including female wiring connectors - and that PCB is probably part of a bigger PCB or Motherboard, and your PCB is not available as a separate part.

I googled "PCB USB ports speakers" and searched "īmages" and got a few promising hits. If you're looking for the component, there are component sellers on eBay that strip computers and sell the components.
