FCOM-5 I think you are dangerously close to advertising in this forum. Clearly you represent the recruiting department at HNA or Hainan. These forums are designed for people to exchange honest information...both good and bad.
My suggestion would be to contact the forum host and pay for some banner advertising space....

I hope these forums don't deteriorate into paid advertisements for recruiters.
