You would have to be absolutely nuts to consider this an opportunity if you do not have the right to live and work in Europe as a very minimum!
A guarantee for an interview is a lot to gamble on and in 18 months things can chance massively!
Worst comes to worst for the airline, they give you that promised interview but you have failed before it even begun.... worst comes to worst for the candidate, no job, no right to work in EU land, no interview and big big debts.
I do not suppose Hainan group has a share in a school name Jeppesen by any chance?!?
