You are guaranteed an interview, but doesn't mean you will get the job. So after the 18 months of training and the stacks of cash you've spent on their "agreement" with you, you are still not guaranteed a pilot position within HKA. But at least you will be occupied for the next 18 months wondering why you would sign up on the first place
