I'd ask the North Sea companies, though they really are looking to train pilots themselves and even then it's hard to get a job with them.
I really don't think you've got a chance of getting much else unless you can find the money for FI and hours building.
Sad to say, but I think you should walk away and get on with your life, unless you can get lucky with the NS.
