Narita has probably the highest sphincter factor of any airport in the network since the close of Kai Tak. On a bad day Narita can bite you on the arse big time unless you are prepared to give it away over the fence and try again. Yet nowhere is it publicised and taught that this is so. More metal has been bent at Narita than any other airport over the past 10 years.
