Ludwig, but as long as airlines offer upgrades or there are bulkhead seats with longer than standard legroom we PAX will be in search of ways to finagle them - it's just human nature.
In my experience no-one actually pays their own money for First or Club - if I'm there it's because someone else is paying (or I wangled an upgrade!).
