TeeS is correct,

Take a CAA SOLI form to your non-UK AME (available on CAA website), then send results and form etc. to UK so they have a copy (must be in English or translated). medical records must be held where you want the licence issued.

If near Spain call or PM me regarding Level 6 ICAO. You may also need to complete SRG 1199 English Proficiency if changing from JAA to EASA.
