I wear the Seiko military, very clear and easy to use in flight.

Nobody has mentioned the Sinn pilot's chronographs - see http://www.chronomaster.co.uk/Sinn%2...nt%20Stock.htm these are lovely timepieces.

Also rather fancy a Tag Carrera ...
