Munster is virtually a given, I would also guess Groningen and Maastricht from my suggestions for Benelux.
As for Northern Europe, there is no route to Hamburg from STN or LCY so that could be a good shout, other previous guesses of mine were Kristiansand and Paderborn.
I suspect EDI will be in there, the start date pretty much corresponds with the end of EZY
