Let's hear them, apparently being a CX S/O is the best gig in town.
Once they get 4000hrs, around 10yrs in CX (a useless 3 as S/O) seniority will have a strong hold on them, I don't see them going anywhere, as stated above, voting with other peoples feet and simply enough don't leave to make CX change anything. Housing will be next just enough of a tweak to upset only a few in HK, based crews won't give a ...... they're not coming back!
