I've never heard of a specified minimum duration for any flight test, except that the test must be of sufficient duration to have credibly covered the test items.
The thing is, who told me about the 01:45 minimum sowed me some papers with the legislation were it says that. I just can't find it. And can't tell for sure if the guy was correct or confused with something else.
