There are obviously quite a few who do not understand how voting for the Senate takes place. I guess ignorance is bliss, and allows the uninformed to spruik their nonsense.
Back to matters aviation. If a certain union official was really on top of his brief, and had all the facts at hand, why was he apparently ignorant of Virgin Australia having major maintenance performed in Singapore and Manila? Surely his members were aware and kept him up to date, especially as he has so much to say about Qantas' off-shore activities?
