Say after me....Zero/Zero IMC Take Off.
If you had read my post carefully you would have seen my explanation for the Take Off from the Ground....
there is no transition from external references (however good or few they are) thus the maneuver is done completely by reference to instruments.
You get the the aircraft light on the skids...stablilized....and if you think about it....that is going to be pretty much the hovering attitude (assuming a level surface)....then you apply Take Off Power and off you go.
That is why we call it an Instrument Take Off.
