As an aside, maternity leave is available to married cabin crew.... after completing the first 3 year contract. However I believe that it is unpaid and at the discretion of the company.
Since all CC are hired on a single basis contract, and it is illegal to be pregnant and unmarried in the UAE, this should not come as a surprise to any CC who joined.
