Moronic public "allegedly" demanding $40 or $60 airfares on a 1 or 2 hour flight, yet quite happy to pay $50 on a 25 min cab ride to airport.
Because like we got used to getting cheap flights we got used to being ripped off in a cab.
One industry has a shambolic management the other a well organised (almost cartel like) management.
One pays and treats the customer facing staff poorly the other doesn't (well didn't).
Sadly out of these lessons the only on Airlines are learning is to treat your staff like crap!
