Can anyone can tell me how much the cost of living has gone up since 2011-12.
As I lived there at that time I am having hard time to recognize this about extensive Dubai...
I am originally from eastern Europe, lived in western EU long time, USA as well and generally traveling a lot. During those couple of years in Dubai I could certainly not call it expencive. Lived in Marina and worked for nearly half of the pay FZ is giving, going out often... the alcohol is expensive but I am not drinking... I enjoyed those couple of years.
