Petty dobbing without substantiated facts is nothing more than a huge waste of time and expense for everyone involved.
Im sure the folks at CASA would love to do their job with all the efficiency expected of them... but how is that possible when petty politics and small minded attitudes constantly tie their resources....
One knows that there are real cases out there which are potential time bombs... get the facts and get it straight... have a think on what your motives are, then go have a chat if there remains a percivable and provable problem.
There is a huge difference in being a "dobber" and reporting a potentially serious problem.
