I put this thought out to you. Captain Charlie Brown has been in GA for a few years and been shafted up the arse many a time (as all are in GA). Gets a call from CASA and they give him the third degree threatening this and that.
Captain Charlie Brown goes home shaken and upset. Wakes up and realizes that he has had it with GA.
What do you reckon are the chances that Charlie might have been pushed too hard and might crack and go buy a baseball bat (not for batting practice).
People think that everyone is just going to take it up the arse because they are trying to make it in the industry. Be careful, there are people out there that might give up. At that point you are dealing with a member of the public and you might find yourself on the end of a good old arse whipping!
That goes for people who have been lulled into a false sense of security by the constant arse kissing they've received over the years. The next time you are thinking of dobing some poor bastard in thats done nothing, or the next time you decide to speak to one of your employees like they were a piece of dirt think of the possible consequences.
Work hard, be fair and treat all with respect.
