Looking at the aircraft on order, we still need to recruit a lot more Pilots. In my experience, NAS have recruited a larger ratio of Captains than FO's, in the short term, as we can fly in both seats, which gives them more flexibility. We've also recruited a lot of experienced FO's, some of which are already upgrading within a year of joining, so, there will still be a significant requirement for FO's in the future. It's just a question of time and training department capacity.
May be an obvious point, but a personal recommendation from someone from within NAS, helps a lot!
