This is getting weirder by the day! Qantas has spent the last 18 months trying to split the airline into seperate international and domestic operational business structures - it was apparently shelved last week and now the govt publically states that legislation is being amended to allow the airline to do what it had been doing for 18 months.....go figure!!!
