Getting back to the last question I posed, can you think of specific areas where the transition arrangements would not work?
Well they would only have loganair and a few A to A AoC's to pay for it all. Pilots wise you would have to be mad to transfer your license to a Scotland CAA even if it was "EASA"
Quite what industry they have to pay for it all is a bit of a mystery.
