Microlight pilot Red Arrows near-miss

No-one here has said they do.

What I have suggested is that where previously the whole FIR NOTAM brief was available nearly everywhere, this pilot may have briefed his planned route and then changed his mind.

Re-read what has been said, and tell me I'm wrong.
