If you understand the reasons why these fo's are leaving, perhaps you will see things from a different perspective. Remember, this is the airline you are all so desperate to join, probably a good idea to know what is happening within the company......anyhow, if things are that rosy, if you start saving now you can have the huge watch and flash car as soon as you are have your safety pilot released....good luck
