MAN-USA routes over the years

How long has MAN had a JFK route? Was JFK operated by BOAC in the 1960s/70s using VC-10s or 707s? And also what was the equipment used on this route in 1980s before the 767-300s where used-was a Tristar used? as I remember BA Tristars at MAN. Also what US airlines operated into MAN in the 60s, 70s and 80s? Did Pan Am ever operate schedules from MAN, or TWA? and also when did MAN first get its ORD route?
