New SIDs/STARs

Dear Aviators...the new SIDs/STARs will take -off whether KLIA2 opens on 2/05/14 or not. All Ctlers are in the midst of training. We will start ops on 1/5/14 to familiarize ourselves with the new dep/arr into KUL/SZB.
