It's interesting that the Scottish Government assumes that it will be able to negotiate to use the services it wants in the event of independence. As an Englishman, I would hope that rUK institutions make an economic charge to Scotland for these services.
Also, it offers to "protect" London services by PSO - however it's slots at London Airports that's the problem, and the SG will have no control or input over those.
As a friend of Scotland I'm watching the debate with interest. It looks as though Mr Salmond has done too little detailed preparation, and is being blown about by the massed forces of the Establishment. On the other hand, there are some transparently bullying tactics coming from the Unionists.
