I'm assuming you've got the Australian work permit covered? Like being married to an Australian citizen? Or are you an expat returning home? I wouldn't worry too much about converting licences unless you were legally able to work in Australia before arriving, as employers are most unlikely to sponser a foreigner to work here. Much like for Aussie's trying to find work in the US. You should find what you're looking for here
