Both of you are correct.
There is a flock at Narita yet to be used on a revenue flight. Last time I counted about 5 parked outside the JAL hangar at the southern end of RWY34L. My spies tell me that they don't have enough pilots and that they also have not yet gained JCAB approval to open a second hub at KIX. Apparently they had an issue with some engineering and maintenance procedures that earned them a wrap over the knuckles. I think Jetstar Japan has about 17 a/c in total with only about 12 flying.
The flock at Toulouse is mainly for the HK mis-adventure.I am not sure how many but half a dozen sounds about right.
