Sub-part 705 under Part VII - Commercial Air Services
CAR 705.106 deals with Pilot Qualifications.
The Commercial Air Service Standards for airline operations are at:
http://www.tc.gc.ca/aviation/REGSERV...c/nav-2059.htm
that page will show you both the Standard, 725.106, and the three "Schedules" for PPCs in a simulator (synthetic training device), aeroplane and the requirements for Cruise Relief Pilots.
The essential detail of the actual checks are in there. Operators in this league are expected to develop scripts for initial and recurrent PPCs, with the recurrent ones changing every six months (or training cycle for programs with LOFT). The scripts must meet the Schedule requirements above, and should reflect the operator's approved training matrix.
